Before you start
What this is. Stance360 describes how you work — how you orient, what you move toward, and what it costs you to work against your grain. It isn't a test, there's no pass mark, and there are no wrong answers.
Who can see it. Your result is yours. It's shown to someone else only when you give them your six-character code. Anyone holding that code can see the full result, including how much you flex between your natural way of working and what a role asks of you.
What it may be used for. If you're giving your code to an employer, a recruiter, or someone considering you for a role, they may use it to help assess how you and that role fit together — and that assessment may involve automated tools. It describes a pairing, not your worth, and it is never the only thing a decision should rest on.
Your choices. You don't have to share your code with anyone. You can ask whoever you gave it to for the result they were shown. You can ask us to delete your result at any time, and we will.
Your Stance360 also reads how your energy runs — how outwardly or inwardly you tend to operate, and which direction restores you. If someone invited you, for a role or for a team read, those readings travel with your result to them, for that same purpose and no other.
They are positions, not scores — outward and inward are directions, not grades — and they are not a medical or psychological diagnosis of any kind. They are one input to a decision a human makes, never the decision.
